All instruments are shipped insured within continental US by Fed-Ex and DHL on international orders

There is a $25 charge on all returned checks

All McAlister Guitars hold a limited lifetime warranty on labor and materials to the original owner

Please inquire for caring instructions, humidity effects and stabilization. It is essential to maintain guitar in proper, unaltered condition and stable environment to sustain warranty.

*CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the event that you need to cancel your order, you will either forfeit your deposit or postpone delivery to a later date. In cases of severe hardship, a deposit may be refunded contingent on sale of your guitar and at the discretion of McAlister Guitars.
