| McAlister Guitars would like to announce the inclusion of Rick Ruskin for public relations and general management. It has become increasingly difficult to remain at my bench building guitars and provide my customers with the attention and availability of customer service they deserve. Rick will be available to answer calls, take questions and manage the production of your guitar. I will still work directly and closely with my clients as this is essential in providing a personal, hand made instrument for my customers. Rick will assure that you will not wait for a response or divert me when I am working on building guitars. I feel this vital additon to McAlister Guitars will help my clients with a smoother and more efficient customer/luthier relationship. Thank you.
